Trying To Choose Your New Home Destination?
According to Family Circle magazine. One of Upstate, SC towns has been voted in the top 10 best towns for family. Who has won out? My first thought was Greenville, but I was wrong?

Sellers...Buyers will be looking this weekend
Sellers the buyers are out and they are looking for their new home this weekend. They have went to the internet and they like your home. They want to ride through the neighborhood scope it out and see if the house appears in person as it does online.
So, show them it does. Remember, fresh mulch, weeds pulled from yard, make sure there is a little color in your yard, flowers are great.
Step back look at your home from the road. Do you need to pressure wash? If so, do that. Curb appeal is the selling point for your home, if they ride by and do not like what they see on the outside, then they will not call to see the inside.
Be prepared, they may call and if so the inside needs to show as well on the inside. Touch up the paint. Look at the baseboards do they need to be touched up? A little white paint can go along way.
Remember kitchens and bathrooms are key. Kitchens do not clutter the counter, organize your cabinets. Bathrooms light and airy, not dark and dingy.
Remember up and coming, not been and gone.
